4 Deposit & Payment Methods

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

7 Betting Rules & Policy

All bets placed on the 711plus platform are subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except at 711plus's discretion under specific circumstances such as technical errors.
• For Sports Betting — including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, and e-sports — bet outcomes will be determined based on the official results issued by the relevant sporting authority.
• If a match or event is postponed, cancelled, or not completed within the stipulated timeframe (typically 48 hours), 711plus reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the original stake to the member.
• Odds displayed are accurate at the time of display. 711plus reserves the right to adjust odds at any time before a bet is confirmed.
• Bets involving insider information or fraud will be voided immediately and the associated account suspended.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits vary by game type and are clearly displayed within the betting interface.

For Live Casino and slots games, all outcomes are determined by an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted within 24 hours of the game concluding.

8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Account Termination & Suspension

711plus reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Suspected activity involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
